I'm sorry to say I didn't like this novel because the idea is completely awesome: a search for the hidden treasure of the CSA, interleaved with the story of the origin of part of the treasure. The execution was lacking. The dialog was not believable except for maybe the over-the-top southern gentlemen (also an unbelievably immoral preacher).
