I will definitely miss this podcast and Will and BJ’s rapport. However as I scroll back through episodes I missed the first time around, I’m impressed with so many shows that touch on evergreen topics I’ll always need a refresher on.
The podcast might’ve retired but it will be a fantastic resource for a long time.

I used to listen to this crew a lot. Sad to see they’re done, but frankly I felt they stagnated a long time ago. So much time spent talking about personal hobbies without making any real points. I enjoy the subject matter these guys discuss. Most of it is applicable to those who’ve been in the field for a while, as well as those just entering the space. My one piece of critical feedback is to cut the banter short in the beginning. I don’t love listening to 7.5 minutes of fluff before getting to the meat of the episode.

I also like that they spend a lot of time covering soft skills, because let's face it...technical skills will only get you so far. Technical skills + People skills will make you unstoppable!
