Q: What does Elite cover for commercial inspections, and how does it differ from residential policies?
Elite covers commercial inspections with allowances for a wide range of structures and activities, including some larger buildings and ancillary services, while maintaining protections like subcontractor agreements and additional insureds; however, certain restaurant equipment, ventilation, and pollution-related liabilities are excluded, with options to obtain separate environmental coverage.
Building Your Business Ep. #24: Fire Door Facts with Lori Greene of Allegion
Q: What is Lori Greene and Fire Doors have to do with us?
Lori explains that fire doors are a critical life-safety feature in commercial buildings; inspectors need to understand door construction, labeling, and the relevant NFPA standards to accurately assess doors and protect occupants.
Commercial Property Inspectors Roundtable Meeting #25: InspectorPrime Software
Q: If I have five staff inspectors, do I need five licenses or one?
You need only one company license for InspectorPrime; additional users can access through shared Airtable accounts, and the FieldNote system enables 1099 inspectors to contribute without full system login.
Building Your Business Ep. #27: Turn Your Website Into a Lead Generator with Paige Wiese
