  • A great resource!

I am working on developing a game. I rather naively decided to crowdfund the project. This podcast really has helped me appreciate both the value and complexity of this approach. As a newbie to product development and marketing, I have used the lessons in it to make important course corrections. Highly recommend!

  • Thank You For The Great Advice

I found ComixLaunch as I was researching how to go about running and setting up my 1st crowdfunding campaign on Kickstarter for my comic, Dragon Child. Leading up to my launch, which is now on its second day with my first six backers, I have been listening to the Podcast and reading the free PDF from your website to inform where I am now. Fingers crossed that my Kickstarter gets funded, and thank you for what you do for the comics community.

Q: What would you tell the Frank of 2017, right before you jumped into this Kickstarter, ComixLaunch course world?
I wouldn't tell myself anything, to be honest, because I think stumbling is part of the journey, and I like where I am now because I made so many mistakes getting to this point.
Backerkit’s Holiday Market with Rob Multari

Due to a tight schedule, communication was less extensive than with a typical Kickstarter launch, relying on social media posts and emails to highlight available discounts and stock.
Backerkit’s Holiday Market with Rob Multari
Q: What advantages do you see in participating in the Backerkit Holiday Market versus just focusing on a promotion on your online shop?
