This is definitely an interesting listen, but as someone who experienced mental health struggles, it was hard to hear the host talk about “inmates at the asylum” and how other folks at the mental health facility were “weak” and she was the “strong one”. It seems like she is very much still going through it. Which is not a problem, but she uses a lot of language to distance herself from people who are in the same boat.
