As a fellow personal trainer and coach, I appreciate Sarah’s podcast for many reasons. #1 - solid advice from a certified professional who has actually done what she’s talking about! I feel so empowered to reach my goals and I’m slowly developing a new and more positive perspective around my love for mountaineeri... more
