  • Ugh!

In the loneliness episode, the excessive intellectualization of basic empathy for the elderly was just gross. Is it that hard?! Really?

  • Used to enjoy

For the most part I enjoy this show and learn many things but when I wrote with an idea (as we’re encouraged to do at the end) I felt unheard and somewhat dismissed by the response I received. The hosts seem kind and friendly on the show so I was not only surprised but hurt. I guess it’s all just an act to attract listeners.

  • Must listen to weekly

Love this podcast! Each episode does not pertain to me but the ones that do pertain to me are life-changing. Putting what I’ve learned into practice is the hard part. I have completely changed how I do laundry. I am going to change how I keep my brain healthy by eating table salt, fruits and vegetables, & exercise regularly.

  • Please please please

Stop saying like every 5 seconds. It is hard to follow the content when this happens constantly

  • Let the Guest Speak

The hardest podcast to listen to, the hosts continually interject with one word statements while the guest is talking - something heard much less on other podcasts or at all. Makes it hard to listen to!

On the most recent episode there were several dozen constant interruptions like: “Okay, Wow, Sure, Right, Uh huh, Yeah, Nice, Interesting, Totally, Ahh, Yup” - on and on like nails on a chalkboard. Unfortunately going to unsubscribe.
