Such a great podcast. It’s certainly not overly produced, but it’s simple and fun, and such a helpful commentary on Chesterton’s writing.
I can only assume that you record these episodes while running away from Bears that Want to KILL you, and your editor is your pet Possum. I know quality equipment is expensive but, this is poor. Why does AI Chesterton keep trying to interrupt you?
(Still giving 5 stars)
I first encountered Ethan on Babylon Bee podcast and loved the dry humor. Thank you for doing this. Four episodes in and I’m loving every minute.
I’m not a big fan of the occasional salty language, but the content is thoughtful and substantial, with a healthy dose of humor to keep the hearer engaged. As for the AI Chesterton with all hiccups and ethical concerns aside, (is this AI Necromancy?!) it has a very unique old timey charm, as if Chesterton himself is communicating with the hosts using 1930s technology. 4/5 Stars.
I’m glad the show is finding its feet. Ethan’s a great everyman and Grumbine has amazing insights.
My rating would be four stars except for AI Chesterton. I don’t know if it’s the mixing (is there mixing?) or the AI-ness but I find it hard to listen to. I’d much rather have Ethan read it himself.
These guys are hilarious and Ethan really makes a good case for so called A.I. with the voice and amazingly preposterous songs in every genre.
I never knew GK wrote so much and he is great, though I still don’t understand the borderline idolization of any man for his creative work. But it maybe will make me feel somewhat rounded amongst my scant few 1st world intellectual buddies.
