In Ians “Introduction” podcast his statements that he and his son were “cut from a team” are categorically not true. There is documented communication regarding their decision to leave our team. Ian clearly has a passion for youth sports and I hope his decision to podcast can help him educate and provide the tools to himself and many other youth sports parents.
