If you are a soccer obsessed parent looking for a friend that shares your passion but has the knowledge to create a meaningful, positive impact on your athlete, this podcast is for you. Neil’s calm demeanor helps guide the passion we feel as parents towards individual developmental with accountability and away from yelling from the sidelines or blaming others. Required listening for all parents of players I coach and highly recommended for parents of competitive players.
I come for the great content…and stay for Neal’s even greater laugh and demeanor!

To the podcast creator, listen to Against All Odds, watch Become Elite or 7mlc on YouTube. I think there is absolutely a lack of info towards parents & would like to see the podcast be successful, but it needs more specifics.
Great discussions, well thought out and challenge some of the norms in youth soccer.
