I’ve been listening to your podcast religiously for years now. It’s interesting, sometimes edgy, but with content that checks all my boxes for what I want to hear about when it comes to soccer content. I don’t always agree with the takes, which I appreciate, but in general they are well thought out and substantiated, while for the most part refraining from the performative and lazy click-bait content that creates controversy. Love the what you are watching and other topical discussions. I have been listening closely since the beginning of the show.
Used to be a fan, before Alexi became just another Republican cliche with a mic. Big ego with little substance. Makes Americans look bad to the world. Should have stuck with soccer instead of politics. Goodbye STOU pod
Lalas is an arrogant prick who is overly concerned with “hot takes.” There are way better US soccer podcasts out there. Don’t waste your time with this one.
Hard to listen to because Trump fan Alexi always gets political.

Episodes frequently spotlight the USMNT and USWNT, MLS storytelling, and the business and culture of the sport, from transfer rumors to major tournaments like the World Cup. A recurring value is connecting national pride with the sport's global context, often featuring veteran players or soccer thought leaders for longer-form discussions. A standout is the结合 of strong takes with a grounded, data-informed approach, plus segments that bring in pop culture or media angles to keep the conversation accessible.
