On pense que c’est une fraîcheur bienvenue mais en fait, c’est très souvent du vinaigre... Ma crainte de propos lénifiants sur le vin nature que l’on sentait poindre au fur et à mesure des épisodes est malheureusement devenue réalité.... Citer pfifferling, Bain, Overnoy face au Tariquet est plus que de la malhonnêteté intellectuelle, c’est de la bêtise ! Sans discours sensé et équilibré ajouté.
Merci pour ces podcasts très éclairants sur l’œnologie et qui surtout s’écoutent avec légèreté et plaisir, comme on boit un Gaillac frais sur les bords de la Garonne au mois de juin.
