  • Less Allie Bailey please

Generally this is a cracking podcast from a truly brilliant company and race organiser - informed, interesting and entertaining. Can we please realise however that there is such a thing as ‘too much Allie Bailey?’

It’s hard to escape her and her clones in the ultra world right now…give all of us a rest please!

  • The Rounds

Have been interested in the rounds for a while now so great to have a podcast that covers each of the big three. So much useful information in here. Will probably start with the Paddy Buckley (did DBR in 2021 and have developed a love of the region) and see where that takes me. Thanks for sharing.

  • Interview with Sonny Peart

An intelligent, thought provoking, interesting and enjoyable discussion. Listen, because you will definitely learn something new... it really made me reflect on and challenge my own perceptions of how things are.

Centurion Coaching Podcast: Our New Coach Anna Buckingham
Q: What do you think over your running career, and all like from the mountain leading side of things, or your horse riding teaching back in the day. What have you, what are some of the key lessons you've learned that help you coach other people now?
I think some of the mistakes I've learned in my sort of running career around over training and nutrition have really helped me to empathize with people. You know, I love a rest day. I'll take extra rest days if I can. So I really recognize the need for more rest days, or managing life a bit better.
