Advice: the background music at the start and end of the show is too loud. Sometimes I need to tune up the volume for clearer host’s voice, but when the loud music comes in unprepared, it hurts my eardrum. I suggest the music should be at least at lower volume than the host’s narration, so that listeners won’t need to adjust the volume several times throughout the show.
