Bogus corporate mythmaking.
Trident seafoods are a bunch of takers from Seattle.
Chuck you was a man of few words but many commendable actions. A man who gave everything and asked for nothing. Felt like I knew him personally listening to this audiobook! And whoever read it has such a beautiful voice
Came directly from the tridentseafoods.com website to sub this new podcast. I grew up on the Alaskan fishing industry and the Trident co-op has a base in my childhood hometown. I can't wait to hear these stories!
Congratulations for capturing a true story of grit and determination and the American dream.
The Trident family has such an amazing culture and the writer and narrator do a marvelous job of bringing it all to life.
If you wondered where those Trident Wild Alaska Salmon burgers come from be prepared for some amazingly hair-raising tales. John Van Am is a master story teller who was actually there much of the time. And he certainly has some wild Akaska stories, both humorous and educational, to tell. All true apparently. Well worth a listen!
