  • Relief for Overthinking

Thank you, Bonnie, for your podcast which speaks to my heart whenever I listen. The Breath Prayers are powerful and inspiring, too. I connected with you on the topic of overthinking (E#184). Sharing your personal experiences help me see we’re still a work in progress. When you said to “stop analyzing and start trusting,” I got it! I will apply this practical wisdom as I resume my writing. Blessings to you!❣️
