No Connections, No Shortcuts: How Anya Cheng Climbed To The Top Of Big Tech & Is Building Her AI Fashion Styling Company
Q: What was the biggest challenge during your transitions?
Transition is never easy; it requires pushing out of the comfort zone, building new networks, learning new cultures, and evaluating whether risks will pay off. Not every move works, but the process itself grows your portfolio and resilience.
From Hormones to Our Cycles: How Our Body Impacts How We Show Up in Our Career
Q: Can you talk a little bit about an example of work you do that can impact focus at work and get people back on track?
I've seen clients with high anxiety and brain fog linked to mineral deficiencies and copper imbalance. By using hair tissue mineral analysis and targeted mineral restoration, we reduce stress reactivity and improve resilience, which translates into better focus and steadier performance at work.
From Hormones to Our Cycles: How Our Body Impacts How We Show Up in Our Career
Q: First, I want to get started with how did you get to where you're at today, right? I want to hear a little bit behind the scenes of your journey, where you started and then how you got to your business now.
I started with a background in nutrition and eating disorders, but after experiencing my own hormonal health challenges on birth control, I pursued advanced functional nutrition to become my own patient. I found a niche helping women safely transition off birth control and heal their hormones, which led to writing, speaking, and building a practice focused on root-cause approaches rather than simply adjusting hormones.
