  • Poor editing and exhausting narration

The delivery is grating. The exaggerated, juvenile sing song tone and relentless repetition make it a struggle to listen through. Episode 9 is a clear example. The 20-25min (when plugs taken off) add nothing and could have been cut to 2 without loss. Poor editing and an undisciplined narrative seriously undermine the content and frankly disrespectful to listeners’ time.

  • Current Employer + LinkedIn job search

Thank you, Carly for the LinkedIn advice to get noticed by recruiters. Do you have any do’s and don’ts on LinkedIn to make sure your current employer doesn’t know you’re looking for new employment?

  • Rambles a lot

I got 15 min into an episode and gave up. Way too much lead-in, rambled and even got herself lost in side tracked thoughts. Voice is pleasant though. Need more meat and less potatoes.
