I really appreciate all the helpful insight and resources offered by your podcast, but I feel it’s often missing the mark as the current job market is so fraught with unique challenges that are not always reflected in your conversations. Although I still believe that the “dream job” is a myth, listening to this podcast is helping me dream of a great a job and a purposeful career. Each episode has an encouraging perspective. Mac also has a great voice for radio. His voice reminds me of Casey Kasem, which is soothing and nostalgic for me.
