  • Truth about self-defense

This podcast really showcases the truth and reality of self-defense. while self-defense cannot be relied on athleticism, 99% of people still teach this way.

Cynthia and her guest speakers brought the reality of self-defense, not what we think of self-defense is, and give us a great insight of violence and personal safety.

I very much appreciate this podcast and am a big fan!
