I first encountered Chobot on Expedition X, and have really enjoyed this podcast where she delves into a wide variety of aspects that have influenced how we culturally deal with the unknown. And it’s tightly scripted and short, which is a welcome rarity among the rambling long pods that are everywhere lately.
Being from Jersey, this was a New perspective of the story I’ve never heard. loved it.
I’ve been a fan of Jess’s podcasting ever since the Bizarre States days. This new endeavor feels like a perfect deep dive into her interests, along with an easily-digestible run time. So happy to have her back at it, bringing with her the weird and wonderful content I love.
I didn’t know Jess had a podcast, I remembered her from expedition unknown. I came across her TikTok feed where she talked about Pythagoras his cult. I’ve been listing since Spooky S. Not a bowser fan, as usually he stole the show for some stupidity that had nothing to do with the show. I lived through the no shows and long pauses in production. Now this show comes out, and again, Jess abandons it. I was actually happy the show went on without bowser as I was hoping it would focus more on content then distraction.
