Amazing work Alice and Elysia on such an informative and inspiring podcast. Absolutely loved the latest episode with Fiona and Agia on internal pelvic release work - so much so I was brought to tears at one point (good tears, never fear). Can’t wait to for more episodes in the future!
A very inspiring podcast for anyone who finds themselves trying to make decisions about their pregnancy, birth and postpartum. The hosts are knowledgeable, humble and both openly share their own birth stories and journeys into the world of birth work.
Highly recommend.
BC is new on the scene but you’d never guess, each episode packs a punch. Through their pod/website/social media presence they are filling a niche in the system, helping us all access the important info around birth choices with ease, that’s not always readily available (as it ideally should be) from care ... more

Loved this podcast particularly the interview with Natalie. These messages needed to be spread around all women and families so they can understand the options and choice available to them with the birth of their baby
