Great podcast! I just listened to episode 39 with Dr. Laurie Santos and I can honestly say I really enjoyed listening to it. It helped me set the tone for my day and it also helped me identify the areas I need to work on to make sure I continue to live a happy life. I was able to relate to a lot of the topics Rami and Dr. Santos covered from stress in school/work and the whole social media conversation! Highly recommend everybody to listen and subscribe!
