大慈恩譯經基金會 Amrita Translation Foundation戒法傳入中國，自姚秦始有廣律，逐步譯出《十誦律》、《四分律》、《五分律》等諸多律本。唐初道宣律祖（西元596-667）依大乘教義釋通《四分律》，因宣祖居於終南山，後人將其論著稱為「南山律」。南山律之內容「貫攝兩乘，囊包三藏」，其中以《四分律刪繁補闕行事鈔》、《四分律含註戒本疏》、《四分律隨機羯磨疏》三部為最要，合稱「南山三大部」。逮及北宋，元照律師（西元1048-1116）撰《資持記》解釋《行事鈔》、《行宗記》解釋《戒本疏》、《濟緣記》解釋《羯磨疏》，後人將此六部合稱「南山六大部」。 南山六大部之內涵主要針對出家眾，而其中戒法、戒體及持犯之基本精神，亦通於在家眾，乃學戒、持戒之基礎。民國以來，中興南山律之高僧弘一大師（西元1880-1942）從六大部中將居士學戒最重要之基礎摘錄成書，名《南山律在家備覽略編》。 日常老和尚（西元1929-2004）一生親近佛教各宗派大德，博通三藏，持戒精嚴，... more
