  • Recruiting Process, development

I’m a 15 year old baseball player and Justin Musil has changed my career drastically. The podcast exemplifies that the recruiting process is more than just receiving a scholarship. With his help I have doubled my progress in the sport and he has helped me maximize my potential. My dad and I listen to the podcasts on the way to tournaments. Not only does it pass the time but you get better along the way. An easy 5 stars.

  • Stellar, enlightening, informative recruiting podcast

Can’t say enough about how terrific the BRC podcast is…I’m so grateful for having found it. We had very little clue about what the recruiting process would be, should be, could be. Justin’s conversations with coaches from across the college baseball and recruiting spectrum are delightful to listen to, great, informative stories, and even better, for us, made the prospect of recruiting much less daunting. The fact you get to know both Justin and all these great individuals who’ve invested their l... more

  • Great information for both players and parents

All of Justin’s podcasts are very powerful, positive and informative as Justin speaks openly with decision makers on college programs. He might speak to one recruiting coach, yet all the recruiting coach think and look for similar traits and maturity of ball players.

I have recommended these podcasts to several high school seniors and under class man families.

    Nice job Justin.
