I’m one podcast in and don’t think I can listen to any more. The content is ok but the audio is terrible. The host sounds like she is on her phone and not always talking into it. This is the best Barrons could come up with? Please pay for better audio.
Lauren Rublin the main host does not contribute much to the conversation and should probably retire. Ben Leveson does a great job of compensating for her ineptitude. They generally speaking have good guests and decent topics but I listen in spite of Lauren.
Lauren R Rublin needs to get a freshmen intern to assist her with her audio. I have listen to many episodes and she either is talking through toilet paper roll or is sitting in her house being stubborn about 21st technology using iPods from 4 years ago. She should either stay behind the scenes a... more
I might enjoy the content more If the audio wasn’t so terrible. The moderator is too loud and the guests are often inaudible. I was going to give it a little more time but since there are reviews on the poor audio from a year ago, I don’t believe it is a priority for the podcast so I will probably take it off my list.
The problem is not Barron’s but the host. Seems she is ok with the set up; otherwise the audio is easy to fix. Barron’s has other podcasts that do not have this long standing poor audio issue. May be after she retires, things improve.
