  • Barron’s

Very little about actual investment planning. It’s basically an attempt to highlight how women and minorities are amazing but those white men are just bad.

  • Sad to witness

First WSJ turns woke... then Barron's. I'm sorry, I don't need to hear from Barry Ritholtz, who developed his NYC firm with blogs that promoted anti-conservativism, Trump-hate, etc., to learn how to develop content. This May 2023 episode belongs in 2016 when Barry was in the business paying these people for their nonsense extra blogs that helped no one with their personal finances or investing issues.

Rob Nelson: Nine Converging Forces in Financial Advice
Q: What is your nine-step internal change-management process, and how can other firms apply it?
The process starts with awareness and leadership alignment, moves to a technology roadmap, fast-follow partnerships, ideation, and then change management, with a strong focus on maintaining a superior employee and client experience to avoid burnout. The steps are designed to be adaptable, starting with a shared vision and evolving as technology and data capabilities mature.
Rob Nelson: Nine Converging Forces in Financial Advice
Q: What are the nine forces you see converging on the industry, and why is this framework useful now?
