    ABSOLUTELY a light in the dark. Especially as a woman diagnosed late in life. It’s assisted me in feeling more connected and understand I’m not alone.

    I’d LOVE to hear about “non-functioning” ADHDers if that’s a term.

    And more tools. HOWEVER, they DO give tools…I don’t write that due to lack of those present. I just want more lol.
