When you interrupt your co-host, have something to say. Interrupting with a stream of Ummm, Ahhhh, and and and, etc, for 20 seconds doesn’t lend weight to the words that finally do fall from your mouth.
The podcast would be a lot tighter if the hosts could trim the fluff.
