I am generally a healthy person and I do think some of the information in these podcasts is helpful but I don’t walk away from listening to these with any mind boggling information. As a mom of 3 kids- I don’t have the time to digest all of this natural path information or make it apply in a meaningful way. A lot of it goes over my head or takes it a little far.
