  • One minute teasers are a waste of my time

Good podcast but posting so many one minute teasers here simply to drive me to the YouTube platform is a waste of my time. I listen to audio podcasts because i can’t drive and watch videos at the same time.

The caliber of these podcasts is very good but I don’t want to be forced to watch a YouTube and I’m disappointed that I’m now having to get this info elsewhere.

  • Avoid

The worst economics podcast I have ever listened encountered. Listen to it if you want to become dumber.

  • Clear macro

The business idea presented here is extremely unique and interesting, but Keith’s macro economics are clear and captivating. I hope this podcast gets spread around. If you like education in monetary policy, this might be the best media I’ve heard on the subject.

Keith, you should be on every podcast, from Tom Woods, Peter Schiff, Tim Cast, Dave Smith, Robert Murphy. Best of luck.

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

The IRS Manual Repeatedly Says It’s Own Tax Code Is ‘Voluntary'?!
Q: What could you say about what he was saying with the 16th Amendment and the case to be made that the whole thing was never actually ratified?
The 16th Amendment did not give any new taxing powers to the government. If we just look at it from a fundamental thing, you can't steal from people. It's your labor.
The IRS Manual Repeatedly Says It’s Own Tax Code Is ‘Voluntary'?!
Q: Could you explain what he was saying with why the being forced to fill out a return, especially a voluntary return, would violate your Fifth Amendment rights?
You can't fill out anything that's going to incriminate or be forced to say something that's going to incriminate you, right? It doesn't make any sense.
The IRS Manual Repeatedly Says It’s Own Tax Code Is ‘Voluntary'?!
Q: When you say they ignore specifically, do you mean they ignore the filing, or just so we can be clear, what specifically is it?
They ignore compliance. So they ignore correspondence. A letter comes in from the IRS and they freak out and they tear it up and throw it in the garbage and they ignore it, right? That's the worst thing you can do.
Silver On Way Back Down To Low $40s or $30s?
Q: What geopolitical events may be affecting the gold and silver market in your opinion right now?
Events like the de-dollarization movement and increased tensions between superpowers are contributing factors affecting market dynamics.
Silver On Way Back Down To Low $40s or $30s?
Q: Is there any indication that LBMA will fail due to supply stress?
Yes, numerous indications suggest that the market is under stress, shown by the divergence in pricing between futures and spot.
