  • Thank you

I enjoy your calming voices, your friendship with each other, and your thoughts. Love the opening music— so calming. To address a dramatic comment from earlier this year— you did not alienate 80 million people with politics. We are anxious and traumatized as a country, no doubt about it, and sometimes that needs to be acknowledged. The amount of horror and cruelty that has been displayed since January 20 cannot be understated, and there is no comparison to the previous 4 years. You don’t bring ... more

  • Simply the best—I Love your podcasts!

Just wanted to say as I look for podcasts to listen to while on my treadmill, you’re my 30 min “go to” for good energy, information and conversation. You cover the gamut of anxiety-busting ideas from thoughtful eating, an anxiety tool box for help with sleep, and meditations. You’ve helped my anxiety many, many times over the years. Thank you. Thank you. (One for each of you 🫶🏻)

  • A safe place

The hosts have both made me feel so seen and heard. I feel alone with the turbulence of anxiety and whenever I need a reminder of how to cope or how to handle it, I refer back to this show and it makes me find hope again. Thank you, both, so so much.
