  • Life changing

I was diagnosed this year at 36. Along side PMDD I couldn’t figure out when i felt so crazy. After some deep diving into podcasts. I stumbled upon this one. Man oh man I’m glad I did! It helps me feel normal and has really helped me understand my brain and why I’m feeling how I feel. Often when I feel out of sorts I’ll throw on an episode or two and find myself leaving that rabbit hole. Thank you ladies for making an amazing podcast!!
