In the past, I struggled with finding a therapy strategy that worked for my anxiety/depression. CBT and breathing techniques just seemed “cheesy” to me, but the integration exercises Bronwyn leads listeners on have been a true life saver. I’ve learned how to listen to myself and my emotions, especially anger, and process them in a healthy way. This is a fantastic resource for folks looking to get down and dirty to truly uproot anxiety.

What a powerful message delivered in a simple and concise period of time . I love the fact that there is an exercise on the podcast that you can do to apply this concept. I have recommended these podcasts to several people as I think people are carrying round these pieces of baggage without even realising it!
I love this podcast, what a great service to help me with anger. I now know that I do not have to feel shame when I get anger and now, I have steps to feel it and let it be OK to experience.
Thank you Brownwyn for putting this great advice out for others to learn from.
