  • Casey is the worst

Just the absolute worst. What does he actually contribute to this show aside from the constant caveats, apologies, and generally dumb (and repetitive) stories?

  • Dip in Quality

I used to really like the show because I like the hosts, but they just will not stop talking about COVID. I’m no vaccine denier or whatever but I’m just tired of thinking and talking about it. Now I typically just use the chapter markers and skip the long COVID discussions. Otherwise enjoyable show.

  • Highly entertaining

The biggest reason to listen to Analogue is these two personalities. I like their tech shows too, but it’s their laid-back chat and real friendship that keeps me coming back. Thanks for the fun, thought-provoking show, Make and Casey!

  • Casey’s therapy in the open

This podcast has devolved into being therapy sessions for Casey as he’s so self-deprecating. Every other sentence is an apology or pandering that’s just annoying.

  • A nice monthly look into the personal lives of two successful podcasters. Given that they are personal stories, the show walks a fine line between navel-gazing and offering insight.
