Got into this show from Stratechery plus and devouring Dithering (check them out if not aware). Love John going deep with all kinds of tech, developer, and Apple guests. Keep up the good work.
I used to get annoyed by all the E.U. bashing the host did until I realised that it doesn’t really matter. They’ve received benefits from the E.U.’s meddling i.e. USB-C, and they’ll reap the rewards of their ‘superior’ democratic system in November, when they vote in some coot in who doesn’t know what day it is.
The host isn't objective and sounds like a walking ad for Apple. He even mentions Apple products the exact way Apple tells him to mention them, leaving out "the" or "an". For example he will say "when I use iPhone" and not "when I use my/an iPhone". I don't know but the iPhone is not a person...
Thank you John for excellent work. Please increase the font size on your site though;)
There’s some good content in here, but Gruber doesn’t do a great job staying on topic. His slightly unhinged ramble in his interview with Niley Patel about how the fallout of 9/11 might have been different had Al Gore been President was just completely unnecessary, and really detracted from the interesting discussions that might have been had. Please stay on topic!
