Q: How do you feel about your works being so much more rooted in scientific ideas than most artists?
Eric reflects that while he sees himself distinct from others in the community due to his scientific background, he still finds common threads of interest and speaks the same language with fellow artists who share similar formative experiences.

Q: Was this in pursuit of creating images? Like, how did you even kind of discover that this was a thing? What brought you there?
