Alison’s podcast is a love letter to the potential of plant medicine for healing, growth and transformation. It’s particularly inspiring to hear her insights through the lens of her own journey. I recommend this podcast for those of us interested in deep inner work and accessing parts of ourselves that we might not otherwise be able to reach.

  • Like she was speaking right to me

This show is perfection. Allison says the things I felt were just out of reach of my understanding and makes these concepts easy to comprehend. I feel - alive - no other way to say it. I’ve recommended this to several people already and will continue to do so because it’s the perfect compliment to a microdosing protocol

  • Alison is changing how I think about change🔥

I loved Alison's first episode — it wasn't at all what I was expecting.

As someone who has done a lot of self work and read so many books/ listened to so many podcasts related to personal growth and change, I thought I would have already known what she was going yo share.

But her approach is much more nuanced.

She actually understands there's more layers and it made me feel like it's not me that's "failing" in some way with consistency or breaking a pattern, but rather some things require m... more
