Alison’s podcast is a love letter to the potential of plant medicine for healing, growth and transformation. It’s particularly inspiring to hear her insights through the lens of her own journey. I recommend this podcast for those of us interested in deep inner work and accessing parts of ourselves that we might not otherwise be able to reach.
This show is perfection. Allison says the things I felt were just out of reach of my understanding and makes these concepts easy to comprehend. I feel - alive - no other way to say it. I’ve recommended this to several people already and will continue to do so because it’s the perfect compliment to a microdosing protocol
I have never tried the mushrooms - so far - but the way Alison explains the beautiful insights and breakthrough she and her clients got from them are definitively awakening something within me.
Alison has such a beautiful way to guide us through this inner journey.
Really love listening to her podcast. Really a great discovery.
This podcast is an incredible resource. Jam packed full of value in each juicy episode. I look forward to it every week. If you are drawn to this work, there is no one quite like Alison and her approach, compassion and guidance.
So grateful for Alison’s work and expertise out there on a podcast medium. Her work has completely transformed my life and I cannot recommend this pod enough. Can’t wait for each and every episode.

But her approach is much more nuanced.
She actually understands there's more layers and it made me feel like it's not me that's "failing" in some way with consistency or breaking a pattern, but rather some things require m... more
