Amber, Chris, and Steve manage to do the impossible: make web accessibility feel approachable and fun. The banter is A+, and they make accessibility feel like a topic you’d actually bring up at brunch. (Who wants to sit by me? 😆) Great mix of practical tips, thoughtful takes, and real-world stories.
Lost a star only because now I expect every accessibility convo to come with a craft beverage and good vibes. Set the bar too high, folks. 🍻
Love that they syndicate the meetups into the podcast, allows me to catch up while walking the dog. I especially love how they have started adding chapters to the recent podcasts so I know when the “craft beverage“ spot ends (Steve is an excellent developer but some of his other choices can be concerning).
I really enjoy hearing Amber, Chris, and Steve talk about the different aspects of accessibility from the perspective of best practices for users, but also from the viewpoint of developer implementation, but also as business owners dealing with client needs and expectations. I appreciate that even among experts they don’t necessarily have a single point of view or a single answer.
