You know that person who you can share your most painful life event with and they just listen with an open heart and respond with love, empathy, and genuine interest? That’s Kate.

I was lucky to be a guest on this terrific podcast. Kate has illuminating discussions, interesting guests (and not just cause I was one of them….) and a wealth of information to share with listeners.

I've listened to the episode about changing your narrative around a breakup twice already.... such a helpful perspective that you don't hear in the many other podcasts and videos about the same topic.

I just listened to episode #17: The Truth Changes Everything and really enjoyed it. Hearing these kinds of personal stories describing choices, sacrifices, and how this ultimately forms and reshapes your life and perspective are both heartbreaking and inspiring. A podcast worth your time!

I find something I can personally relate to in every story told on About Face. I love the emotion it evokes and how hearing these stories helps me process my choices and the paths I have chosen to follow and also helps me put my life struggles and successes in perspective.
