  • Wooooot

Always great to hear from the creators, business owners and everyone else in between on this podcast. The questions and engagements are for everyone and not just for folks who have to be “in the know” to understand. You end up leaving the episodes wanting to eat/drink/use everything mentioned.

  • If you’re a food eater, you’ll like this 😉

Super entertaining, especially if you’re into adventures in food. I can’t help but think some of the guests will wind up like the kid in Into The Wild. And call me crass, but listenership would go through the roof if that happened. Silver linings I guess. Welp, see ya later! ✌🏼

iconic cocktail
Q: When did Iconic Cocktail launch and how did you grow from a hobby to a branded product?
Iconic Cocktail launched around 2015-2016, starting with small-scale market participation and expanding through farmers markets, then scaling into bars and restaurants as demand grew, especially during the pandemic when a surge in home consumption and on-premise demand created rapid growth.
tucson foodie
Q: What makes Tucson a unique food community and how does collaboration play into that?
Tucson has a culture of collaboration where chefs and restaurant owners partner to support local supply chains and share ideas, which strengthens the ecosystem more than cutthroat competition.
tucson foodie
Q: How did Tucson Foodie survive the pandemic and why did you shift away from a paywall?
The paywall was killing readership and growth, so we pivoted to a free model supported by a club and other revenue streams, which unlocked massive audience growth and more opportunities for partners and content.
