  • One of my favourite Podcasts!

This is one of my favourite podcasts to listen to. I love hearing all about the day to day lives of women just like me. It makes me feel so connected and less alone in the craziness of life & motherhood. We really are all in it together and going through similar things. I love that it’s just regular women talking too. Not that these women aren’t amazing and doing incredible things, they absolutely are! but it’s not a celebrity or high profile person whose life is definitely very different to min... more

This is such a good idea for a podcast! I’m constantly wondering how other moms make it work and what tips and tricks I could incorporate to make our days run more smoothly. • Exactly what I was looking for!

I’ve long struggled to figure out how to structure my day. I am especially always curious about how women of all backgrounds (with kids, without kids, etc.) approach life and fitting everything in that they want to. Thank you for this wealth of knowledge; it’s inspired me to think differently and get ideas!

  • My all time favorite podcast!

As a full-time working mom, it can be hard to find other women who get it or just to feel like you aren’t alone. This podcast has been such a breath of fresh air and resource for me in the journey. I love all of Ellie’s questions and the variety of guests. I take something away from each episode. Thank you, Ellie!!!

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Episode 152: A Day In Her Life with Kathryn Humphries - PR Consultant and Co-Founder of All You Need Method
Q: Kathryn, pivoting a little from your days, how did you get started in PR? Was it always something you knew you wanted to do when you graduated college, or was it kind of happenstance?
In college I studied marketing and interned in PR in New York, which led me toward a PR role rather than a traditional magazine path. A key moment was choosing to work with Carla, my now business partner, because I felt she would invest in my growth rather than just be a number in a corporate setting. This pivot set the stage for founding All You Need Method in 2020 and building a client-focused consultancy on top of that.
Episode 151: A Day In Her Life with Chassity Evans - Influencer, Blogger, and Debut Novelist!
Q: What does creativity look like in your daily life?
Creativity comes from walking, reading, conversations with friends, and consuming content across platforms; walking and talking through ideas often unlock the next chapter or post.
Episode 151: A Day In Her Life with Chassity Evans - Influencer, Blogger, and Debut Novelist!
Q: What is Pink Sand Summer about and why Harbor Island?
It's a rom-com-inspired story set around Harbor Island, reflecting my love for the place, with a hopeful, joyful vibe that offers escapism while grounding the narrative in a real, cherished location.
Episode 151: A Day In Her Life with Chassity Evans - Influencer, Blogger, and Debut Novelist!
Q: How did you get into writing a book and what was the process like?
Writing happened almost unexpectedly; I started writing seriously after a strong inspiration on Harbor Island, with four to five weeks of intensive drafting and multiple edits with my editor before it felt ready for beta readers.
Episode 151: A Day In Her Life with Chassity Evans - Influencer, Blogger, and Debut Novelist!
Q: What time do you wake up and what does your morning look like?
I wake up around 7 and, after a short routine, I have breakfast with my family before starting my day, which is a mix of work on the computer and creative moments.
