Love this pod. Covers a diverse range of topics and fantastic interviewing by the hosts. Fills a much-needed gap in the market for high-quality running podcast!
Loved latest episode with Adrian O’Flaherty on importance of fuel for injury prevention and recovery. I have anorexia and RED-S so was good to hear and remind me.
Hard work to pull together such a variety of guests, and I have to say it’s a breath of fresh air to get some real running knowledge out there from a variety of perspectives and not too much advertising and ‘sponsored by xyz’, Just genuinely interesting and useful for any runner!
There are really interesting topics covered within the interviews. Hosts are really good at drilling down into the subject covered and glean great insights form the guest. They are also very inspirational.
I would recommend to anyone who is interested in running of any ability as I have learnt something from each episode and there is something for everyone.
I look forward to this each week! Superb content
