    Hard work to pull together such a variety of guests, and I have to say it’s a breath of fresh air to get some real running knowledge out there from a variety of perspectives and not too much advertising and ‘sponsored by xyz’, Just genuinely interesting and useful for any runner!

    There are really interesting topics covered within the interviews. Hosts are really good at drilling down into the subject covered and glean great insights form the guest. They are also very inspirational.

    I would recommend to anyone who is interested in running of any ability as I have learnt something from each episode and there is something for everyone.
