    As the Heather McDonald interview was an early episode, perhaps the issue has already been addressed, but I must say something lest it has not.

    An interviewer must bring something to the conversation in addition to his admiration for the interviewee. However much he may wish to have what sounds like a casual conversation, he is not, in fact, having a meandering chat with an old friend.
