Around 8min mark, the commentary on James Williams, I get as a fan we see 5 Star and think instant impact, true game changer, etc but I see too many fans in chat forums talking like James is playing bad, when he isn’t.
With the exception of last year, when he played with that injured shoulder and started tackling poorly, he’s been a consistent player. PFF isn’t the end all, be all, but JW typically has a high pass defense grade and an average run defense grade.
