I never want to hear that intro song again. I don’t want to hear your little teaser and then hear you’re a alumnus and longtime whatever. Just give it up. Start talking. Stop telling us to keep it locked and there’s a lot coming up before every as break. The script is way too boilerplate for how little actual content there is per episode.
Just discovered this podcast at the end of the 2023-2024 football season and have been an everyday listener ever since! Mostly listen to the podcast side because of my work schedule but absolutely love this pod. Dono is always great and informative! FYI I became a Canes fan because of the ESPN 30/30 documentary on the U.

Alex, I enjoy the show. I feel you do well with your information and your insight. However, please quit saying “OK” after every other comment… anyway, GO CANES !!
Alex tries hard and is tough not to like, if you're interested in this topic, this podcast is a strong recommend, the guests vary wildly in their knowledge and informative quality in opining on what they are on the show for. The athletic department at the university is always entertaining as a clown car to watch pratfrall around. Host solo episodes are 4 star plus quality usually, guests can drag the rating all the way to 1 star quality, but if astute, easily carry 5 star quality for the pod.
