These guys may be able to have round table chats about weekly releases, but they certainly have a lot to learn about interviewing.
I suggest that when they have a guest, only one of them conduct the interview. Otherwise, they are unbelievably disrespectful of their guests— sharing their own stories (who cares???), asking rambling questions to show off knowledge, being unprepared, constantly and endlessly interrupting.
