This creature feature has my attention! I am currently listening to the second season and before I even noticed I was on episode 3. The cold open was fantastic and creepy and the editing on these episodes feels very clean. The characters are easily identifiable off the hop and I'm loving the range of personalities within the PC's group. I'm sure I'm going to power through this like I did with Shrimp & Crits! Looking forward to more monster goodness!
This Monster of the Week actual play podcast has endearing characters, creepy mysteries, and an incredibly engaging plot that is just the kind of story you want to spend an hour or so listening to and becoming wrapped up in. In a word… charming.
$2CF is a fun, actual-play, Monster of the Week podcast with a hilarious cast. Season 1 presents a spooky, old-timey carnival setting full of deeply intriguing mysteries, villains, and NPCs. Season 2 steps forward in time with a new setting and cast of characters bringing even more gasps and laughs. I'm hooked and eager to see where they're headed!
How do you feel about great story teller, great players, and professional design quality? Not your thing? Move on. This one nails it!
This is a show with players and characters that can go from being compelling to absolutely silly at a moment's notice. Big shout-out to Ray (the GM) who has created such a unique and old-timey show with a true love for cryptids. His voice is what I listen to for ASMR or when I'm feeling frisky. It also cured my Erectile Dysfunction. Thanks $2 Creature Feature!
