まず前提として、個人商店の組織運営方法が悪いわけではありません。日本でも世界でも「組織化された組織」より「個人商店」の方が圧倒的に多いですし、その多くはちゃんと売上も利益も上げています。

組織は戦略に従う。戦略を立案すると、それを実現することに最適な組織を考えます。しかし5年後の組織を考えることにはあまり意味がありません。なぜなら、戦略を実行していく最中に外部環境も内部環境も変化しますし、やってみたらうまくいかないところを修正したりするので、戦略は更新されるからです。だから「戦略実現の最初のステップ」に合わせた組織を作ります。
