利権が絡んでて、意図的に法整備を遅らせてるような🤔
それから、最近、私が感じることは、攻撃者をフォロワーさんたちが守るような動きがあったり、そこで喧嘩になったりしてるのを見かけます。分断の世の中が進んでるんでしょうかね？

働きすぎる日本人と、働き方改革が進む西洋諸国との現代経済社会での対比は、アメリカ南北戦争時代の南北の構図と似ている要素があると感じました（厳密には違いますが）
頑張る労働力は経営側に奴隷的なメリットを生じさせる一面があると感じます。頑張る労働力を活用して競争優位性を出そうとするのが日本風の会社の一つの闘い方だった。
ただ現代は技術の革新で労働時間に依存せず生産できるようになっている。
働き方改革を推進していく中で、現代日本の競争環境のにおいて、如何に奴隷制を取り入れている他社と戦うべきか、そもそも戦わない戦略を取るべきかなど、考えることの大切さを改めて痛感した良回でした。

番組のコンセプトも2人の意見も新鮮。ただ2人の発言量のバランスが悪くて、私には片方の「教えを請う」みたいなスタンスに感じてしまいます。知識がたくさんあるのは素晴らしいことだけど、そこから発展して相互の意見や議論がもっと聞きたいです。タイトルにお2人の名前を冠しているのだから。
